Quality Assurance.
Due to the nature of our products/for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty. Before dispatch we can ensure that all products are quality checked. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged/faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on lashes that have been worn. The lashes must be in their original packaging unused/unworn and unaltered.
Please note: Due to our lashes being handmade, there will be slight differences in each batch and therefore we cannot guarantee they will all be exactly the same.
